This brand new 311 acre facility is located at the intersection of US Highway 84 and 180. It boasts over 6 miles of Highway 84 visibility, making the site's entry a prominent landmark. The park is also just twenty miles north of Interstate 20, and about an hour away from major airports in Lubbock, Midland and Abilene. Support facilities include a 50 room hotel and a major truck stop.

Available tract sites are flexible.  Ample electricity, natural gas, and water and sewer capacity make the park ideal for greenfield sites as well.  Mitsubishi recently acquired an existing 70,000+ sq ft facility and is using it as a service and training facility. 
High speed fiber optic communications throughout the park helps keep tenants on the cutting edge of communications. There are mutliple T-1 lines. Possible capabilities include: Televideo conferencing to multiple locations, real-time operations management, and telecommuting systems.
