Mr. Skip Mills is the Director of the San Antonio Operations for the Texas Center for Applied Technology, a Center within the Texas Engineering Experiment Station, Texas A&M University System. Skip heads two interlinked sustainability laboratories (Environmental and Energy) composed of over 20 professional engineers and scientists. He also has extensive experience in BRAC and was one of the key developers of the Brooks City-Base and Brooks City-Base Foundation (a non-profit research entity) in San Antonio.
Mr. Mills’ past experiences include over 35 years with industry and the military. He is a retired USAF Colonel who has over 6000 hours of flight time. He has a Mechanical Engineering Degree and MBA. |
